Study Concepts and Clusters

The School of Government aims to train professionals with generalist abilities that are commonly essential to persons engaging in public affairs. On top of the generalist abilities, we aim to develop three specialist skills: 1) policy analysis and evaluation, 2) negotiation between administrative organizations, and 3) global symbiosis. The curriculum is organized into a cluster-based course model.
